Prior to moving services options can include:
- Meet with you to find out your particular needs or requirements
- Map out exactly what needs to be done and in what timeframe
- Obtain a floor plan and work with you to plan furniture
or equipment layout
- Refer or recommend realtors, home-stagers, real estate
lawyers or other professional services
- Make arrangements with movers
- See to your transportation and/or a personal companion
for the day of the move
- Facilitate packing including the supply of boxes and packing
materials and the distribution of unwanted goods to auction,
resale, consignment, charitable donation or recycling
- Assist with the transfer of utilities and services to
the new location
- Provide forms, information and assistance with change
of address notification to Canada Post, banks, associates
and/or clients.
- We have a network of trusted professional realtors, home-stagers,
lawyers, cleaners, movers, auctioneers, appraisers, sales
associates, decorators, handymen and care consultants that
we can refer you to or recommend
Day of and post moving services options can include:
- Supervise the entire moving process
- Ensure furniture, appliances, or equipment placement
is as requested
- Unpack, organize goods and furniture
- Set-up kitchens and bathrooms
- Mount window treatments, shelving and artwork
- Remove and dispose of boxes and packing materials
- See to a final clean up of your former location
